1. You tell us what you need for your Himalayan Trek
After taking a look at our Trekking Guide and Porter Advice page and working out the team you need for your trek in Nepal, head on over to our Guide & Porter Finder tool and complete the form accordingly. Submit this form to us and the ball will be rolling straight away. You'll be taken to your booking portal and from there you can track our progress as we search for the right trekking team for you.
2. We'll scour the Himalayas for the perfect guides, porter-guides or porters for your trek in Nepal
As soon as we receive your request, our team will get straight on the case, searching through our teams of approved trekking staff to find the perfect guide or porter for your trek. Some guides are experts in the Everest Region, some grew up in the Annapurna region. Some guides have so much experience trekking in Nepal that they can tell you absolutely anything about anywhere in the mountains of Nepal. Whatever you need, we'll make sure we find just the right team for your trek.
3. We give you all the details of your perfect trekking team
We'll email you as soon as we know we've got the right people for the job. Your booking portal will be update at this point with a full list of all the staff we believe are perfect for you, including their role, daily cost and a short bio of each team member. We're convinced you'll be happy at this point but if you're not 100% certain, you can let us know and we can work together to be sure. If all is well and you're happy with the Nepal trekking team we've put together for you, then all you need to do is pay your deposit and your trek in Nepal will be confirmed!
